Among the myriad allegations against Miami attorney Stephen Matthew Bander, a Florida Bar member since 1999, are alleged U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission violations.

But on Feb. 8, Bander is set to have his say in court during oral argument before the Florida Supreme Court after the Florida Bar launched an investigation in 2021.
