Lawsuit over transgender athlete rights heard in court
The Ninth Circuit Courtroom of Appeals read the arguments. BOISE, Idaho — On Tuesday, Nov. 22 the Ninth Circuit Courtroom of Appeals listened to arguments in excess of a lawsuit submitted by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and the ACLU of Idaho, Lawful Voice, and Cooley LLP.
