Mar. 22—The Delaware County Board of Supervisors handed a resolution opposing a proposed modification to the Actual Home Tax Regulation in the course of its March 22, assembly. Gov. Kathy Hochul has proposed in her 2024 spending plan to adjust Authentic Assets Tax Regulation 575-b, aspect N, which would take away a town’s proper to assess solar and wind tasks at comprehensive benefit.
