WTOL 11 sat down with Harley and Xavier’s loved ones on Sunday wherever Conley’s mom, Valerie Garcia, lived with them in east Toledo.
Garcia explained she texted her daughter to be protected on Friday evening just in advance of her unexpected demise.
Conley died just after a different automobile turned in front of the automobile she was in on Miami St.
