DETROIT – The United States Attorney’s Place of work for the Eastern District of Michigan settled a grievance regarding the failure of a neighborhood regulation office environment to present cost-free American Indication Language (ASL) interpretation solutions for a consumer who is deaf, in violation of the Us citizens with Disabilities Act (ADA). The settlement arrangement resolves an investigation into the Julie B. Griffiths Legislation Business (now the Law Business of Griffiths & Prepared), a relatives regulation practice located in Flint, Michigan.
