Driver surrenders in connection with deadly Route 24 crash
A 33-calendar year-aged driver surrendered to Massachusetts State Law enforcement on Thursday in link with a fiery hit-and-operate crash that killed a female before this week.Juan Leonardo Parra Altamirano, of Brockton, surrendered at the barracks in Middleborough, a spokesperson said.
