JANESVILLE — The mayor of Fairbank was killed in a two-car or truck crash Monday early morning on U.S. Highway 218 that associated a driver’s education automobile.
Gregory Harter, 71, a passenger in the driver’s education auto, died at the scene. 3 other folks had been hurt, together with two 14-yr-olds, just one of whom was the driver.
